We compose, perform, and capture music (video/film) based on our extensive experiences in three musical genres: Western classical art music, traditional Japanese music and popular music. 

 

Our goal is to create art that is positive, has artistic value and can bring about positive change to the physical and mental environment.  Our message is directed and clear and based upon our observations of this tangled world we live in at this moment. Humans need help. As artists, we are wishing to affect change in an honest and gentle way.

 

We are musicians, film makers, composers and performers.

 

We have a variety of instruments, both eastern and western: a full entourage of Japanese instruments including drums (taiko), stringed instruments (shamisen), tonkori, woodwinds and percussion (shakuhachi, fué, hichiriki, etc.), Steinway 7' grand piano, clarinets, guitars and basses and a suite of synth software instruments, sample libraries and unique esoteric instruments. We have our own state of the art recording facility. Our end goal is to write music that is original, purpose specific, and creative. Music can be both complex and simple, sparse and dense, rhythmically driven and sublimely relaxed making it endlessly exciting.
